
F&B manager | Hospitality and Recreational Brand
Our client is redefining pickleball, dining, and social experiences by merging world-class entertainment, elevated hospitality, and a vibrant F&B program. The venue features multiple food and beverage outlets, including a full-service restaurant, alongside a café, bar, and catering functions.
They are looking for a dynamic and driven Food & Beverage Manager who will operate as the acting "GM" of the entire F&B program, taking full ownership of the space and overall menu development across all outlets. Position Summary:
The Food & Beverage Manager leads and oversees all F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and financial success. This role demands a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning and daily execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to elevate guest experiences and drive profitability. This individual will act as the General Manager of the restaurant while also managing the company's broader F&B program, including the café, bar, and catering functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Full Ownership of the restaurant & Overall Menu Development
- Operate as the GM of the restaurant, taking full responsibility for its success.
- Lead all F&B menu development across the venue, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and innovative offerings.
- Deliver monthly specials and event-driven menus that enhance the guest experience.
- Partner with the culinary team to maintain consistency, creativity, and quality across all outlets.
2. Financial & Operational Excellence
- Own P&L, COGS, labor management, and overall financial performance across all F&B outlets.
- Implement strategies to optimize margins, control costs, reduce waste, and ensure profitability.
- Ensure operational efficiency by standardizing processes, implementing SOPs, and leveraging data for continuous improvement.
- Work with procurement and vendors to source high-quality, cost-effective ingredients and products.
3. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Inspire, develop, and manage F&B leaders across Henrietta’s, Rally’s café, bar, and catering functions.
- Hire, train, and mentor high-performing teams to deliver exceptional service and execute operational goals.
- Drive accountability, performance management, and professional growth for all F&B team members.
- Collaborate with marketing, events, pickleball operations, and other departments to execute promotions, events, and activations that enhance the overall guest experience.
4. Guest Experience & Service Execution
- Champion a guest-first mentality, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience at Henrietta’s and all F&B outlets.
- Develop and implement hospitality training programs that align with the brand’s service standards.
- Lead service shifts, coaching teams in real-time to maintain excellence in food, beverage, and overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in F&B management, restaurant operations, or hospitality leadership.
- Proven track record of managing full-service restaurants, bars, and catering programs.
- Strong financial acumen—experience managing P&L, labor costs, and COGS.
- Deep understanding of menu development, food costing, and operational efficiencies.
- Experience hiring, training, and developing high-performance teams.
- Knowledge of event-driven dining and promotional programming is a plus.
- Passion for sports, entertainment, and lifestyle-driven hospitality concepts is a bonus!
